Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize scalable Generative AI pipelines using LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.
- Lead the research and implementation of autonomous AI agents to automate complex business workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Ensure the robustness, security, and efficiency of AI model inference at scale.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, specifically focusing on advancements expected in the 2026 technology roadmap.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML or Machine Learning Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience deploying AI models on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
