Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen AI systems and quantum applications
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability goals
- Partner with C-suite to integrate futuristic innovations into product roadmaps
- Author white papers on emerging tech impact (blockchain, biotech, AR/VR)
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or HBR (2019-2023)
- Track record scaling AI/quantum startups to Series B+
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and tech ethics
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
