Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ innovation cycles, anticipating disruptive shifts in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Architect and oversee development of experimental platforms for human-AI symbiosis and neural interface systems
- Direct cross-functional R&D initiatives spanning IoT, decentralized networks, and climate-responsive infrastructure
- Champion ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation protocols across all development lifecycles
- Translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps with clear commercialization pathways
- Mentor technical teams in emerging technologies while maintaining cutting-edge expertise
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML architecture, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate-tech systems
- Published research or patents in futuristic technology domains (2018-2023)
- Experience leading teams developing production-ready systems for exponential technologies
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable solutions for complex technological challenges
