Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems with 50+ citations
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies with $10M+ impact
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages with GitHub repositories
