Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic developments
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to quantify future scenarios and risk opportunities
- Design and execute innovation workshops with executive leadership to align on 2026 vision
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive models for industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish KPIs for tracking innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and disruptive technology assessment
- Publication record in futurist journals or thought leadership platforms
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and translating foresight into strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent methodology training
