- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for product roadmaps and business models
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging trends and their business implications
- Facilitate executive workshops to align leadership on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable product development plans
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or equivalent foresight role
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across global enterprises
- Certification in Futures Research or Innovation Management preferred
