Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead interdisciplinary research teams to identify emerging technologies and societal trends
- Architect adaptive business strategies for post-quantum computing and AI-human collaboration eras
- Translate foresight insights into C-suite actionable recommendations with measurable ROI
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops on future readiness and resilience planning
- Establish KPIs for tracking 2026 milestone achievements and strategic pivot triggers
- Publish thought leadership on disruptive innovations and their societal implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in predictive analytics, trend analysis, and scenario development methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise-level strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent foresight methodology
