Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with company vision and market opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive research on macro-economic trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements (AI, Automation, Blockchain) relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Identify and assess emerging risks and opportunities to ensure business continuity and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Product, Marketing, Operations) to translate high-level strategy into actionable business plans.
- Present complex strategic insights and forecasts to the Board of Directors and executive leadership team.
- Monitor global markets to detect early signals of disruption that could impact the 2026 outlook.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Demonstrated expertise in future forecasting and scenario planning methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
