Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners to map disruption pathways
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' trend reports with market impact projections
- Champion ethical innovation governance across R&D initiatives
- Develop patent strategies for emerging tech domains
- Mentor futurist talent pipeline and build external thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of C-suite advisory experience
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major technology roadmap implementations
