Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future strategic priorities
- Produce scenario-based roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, bio-digital convergence)
- Establish KPIs to measure future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-vision into development lifecycles
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and industry forums
- Maintain proprietary database of emerging technologies and disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven experience developing long-term (2026+) technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFM) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
