Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends and societal shifts to inform strategic planning for 2026+
- Develop and present scenario-based future roadmaps to executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating foresight into actionable initiatives
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide foresight culture
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in forespace publications or conferences
- Experience scaling foresight processes within enterprise environments
