- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Produce quarterly foresight reports on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate adaptation strategies
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption pathways
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring organizational future-readiness maturity
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and scout 2026-relevant emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent with 7+ years applied foresight experience
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Advanced certification in scenario planning or horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in trend-mapping tools
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
