- Produce scenario-planning reports for board-level decision-making with 95% accuracy
- Partner with R&D to commercialize futuristic prototypes within 18-month cycles
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and publish industry-defining whitepapers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging technology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology disruption (IEEE/HBR/Singularity Hub)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Fluency in predictive analytics tools (Tableau, R, Python) and scenario modeling software
- Security clearance for national innovation initiatives (TS/SCI preferred)
