Responsibilities
- Develop and validate multi-year futures scenarios using advanced simulation modeling and probabilistic forecasting
- Lead client workshops to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Design and deploy AI-powered horizon scanning systems to identify emerging disruptors
- Publish seminal research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Interface with C-suite executives to influence long-term organizational resilience
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantitative Social Sciences with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in predictive modeling using Python/R and statistical frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Published thought leadership in top-tier futurist or strategy journals
- Experience developing foresight frameworks for Fortune 100 clients
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS from APF) required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ transformative strategic foresight projects
