Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping technology convergence with societal trends
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI interaction paradigms
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies including quantum computing
- Represent company at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in AI ethics, biotech convergence, or climate tech adaptation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC preferred)
