Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product innovation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Build and maintain a global network of academic, industry, and government innovation partners
- Quantify market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Mentor junior strategists while maintaining thought leadership credentials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting firms
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization expertise (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published author in reputable foresight or innovation journals
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder scenario planning workshops
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise-level transformation projects
