Responsibilities

- Produce trend reports and scenario models for executive decision-making
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen automation and human-machine symbiosis
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
