Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for executive decision-making and long-term planning
- Conduct primary research and trend analysis across biotech, AI, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings and thought leadership publications
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning emerging opportunities with organizational capabilities
- Manage cross-functional teams of researchers and data scientists to validate foresight hypotheses
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning publications
- Experience managing cross-functional research teams and stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future trend impact on organizational strategy
