Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Quantify emerging market opportunities using predictive modeling and data synthesis
- Produce annual Horizon Scanning reports with actionable recommendations
- Advise R&D teams on long-term technology portfolio allocation
- Represent company at global foresight conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessment
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-machine interfaces
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Experience publishing foresight research in peer-reviewed journals
