Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year trend analysis and scenario planning for 2026+ horizons
- Develop predictive models for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design executive-level strategic foresight workshops and deliverables
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Manage cross-functional futurist research teams and external expert networks
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using advanced analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong command of AI, quantum computing, and biotech trends
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar professional designation preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience publishing in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ foresight projects
