Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop evidence-based scenario-planning frameworks for C-level stakeholders in finance, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Author forward-looking strategic briefs and whitepapers that translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities and risk mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify long-term ROI for emerging technologies using predictive modeling and market analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and investors with compelling data visualization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation and workshop facilitation experience
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling platforms
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or major media outlets
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, Foresight Practitioner) strongly preferred
