Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology forecasts using advanced data modeling and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on emerging market opportunities
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists on analytical methodologies and ethical foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles with proven 2020+ foresight experience
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFCS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
