Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 innovation strategy, aligning technological trends with business growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen products and services targeting 2026 market needs
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Drive research initiatives in emerging fields (quantum AI, biotech convergence, climate tech)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainability)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Management preferred
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
