Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing advancements

- Produce foresight reports and actionable recommendations for product development
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future solutions
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-level and board audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience scaling foresight processes across global organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
