Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for disruptive market shifts
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for future-facing solutions
- Build and lead an internal futurist incubation program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Systems Analysis
