Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and translate insights into actionable strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026-2035 technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future-readiness
- Author forward-looking white papers and trend briefings for industry thought leadership
- Design and implement innovation sprints for emerging technology adoption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
- Monitor horizon scanning data pipelines to refine predictive accuracy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and backcasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
