Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations communicating complex future landscapes
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners across academia and industry
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced methodologies like horizon scanning and systems thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with future-focused projects
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to executive audiences
- Experience developing foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
