What you'll achieve:
- Design multi-generational strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops using AI-powered trend analysis
- Pioneer proprietary methodologies for exponential opportunity forecasting
- Present at Davos-level summits and publish in Future Studies Quarterly
Responsibilities
- Analyze 200+ emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro-interfaces) for commercial viability
- Develop predictive models for societal shifts in work, healthcare, and governance post-2025
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on blue-sky research initiatives
- Lead 'Horizon Scanning' teams identifying black swan events and inflection points
- Author '2026 Foresight Annual' read by 50,000+ decision-makers globally
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship
- Secure $2M+ in research grants from NSF and private innovation funds
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight at McKinsey, BCG, or similar tier
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers on exponential technology impacts
- Proficiency in AI trend forecasting tools (GPT-4, Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum AI, climate engineering, or bio-digital convergence
- Keynote speaker at 5+ global innovation conferences (2020-2023)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for APAC/MENA market analysis
