Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or global consultancy experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience leading cross-continental foresight initiatives
