Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for next-gen product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Establish KPIs to track foresight maturity and strategic adaptation
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough opportunities in emerging markets
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Experience building scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or thought leadership
