Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trend intelligence frameworks for 2026+ technology and societal shifts
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through data-driven foresight modeling
- Drive innovation pipeline development by identifying emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Advise C-suite on long-term strategic positioning in rapidly evolving ecosystems
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership on future trends in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Palisade @Risk)
- Experience building and managing futurist networks or innovation ecosystems
