Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate solutions
- Produce scenario-planning reports for C-suite and government partners
- Lead cross-functional workshops with MIT/Stanford research affiliates
- Author white papers on disruptive tech societal impacts
- Advise on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Represent company at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Mentor junior futurists in exponential thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of influencing Fortune 500 tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 accurate tech predictions
- Security clearance preferred for government projects
