Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to quantify future market opportunities and risks
- Produce actionable scenario-planning models for 2026-2030 business landscapes
- Interface with executive stakeholders to translate foresight into executable strategies
- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation lab team
- Present future outlooks at industry conferences and investor summits
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology impacts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing successful future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into business narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and uncertainty
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
