Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify emerging trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and publish annual Future Outlook reports with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for executive stakeholders on transformative technologies
- Build quantitative forecasting models for market adoption of AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof business initiatives
- Present strategic insights to board members and investors through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business plans
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
