- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build proprietary trend-prediction models using machine learning
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging acquisition targets
- Author annual 'Future State' thought leadership reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, AGI)
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
