Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive trend analysis across technology, economics, and social domains through 2026
- Design and deliver strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact scenario reports and predictive models for stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist networks and industry experts
- Integrate sustainability and ethical foresight into all strategic planning
- Mentor junior futurists to develop next-generation strategic capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, consulting, or research with futures focus
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
