Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, designers, and industry experts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and policy organizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
