Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive foresight research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impact
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product strategies
- Build and maintain global networks of industry disruptors, academics, and thought leaders
- Present visionary recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor and analyze geopolitical, economic, and social trends affecting technological adoption
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, AR/VR, climate tech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to diverse executive audiences
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, startups, research institutions)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
