Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors impacting 2026
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks, trend reports, and scenario-planning documents
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing and organizational resilience
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and policy think tanks
- Translate complex future scenarios into product development and investment priorities
- Mentor innovation teams in future-focused methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-oriented consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic plans
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
