Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging technology trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts for 2026 market entry
- Analyze geopolitical, technological, and societal signals to identify high-impact innovation opportunities
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive teams and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, VCs, and academic institutions to accelerate innovation
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) across organizational functions
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for responsible innovation in high-stakes domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
- Global perspective with experience in cross-cultural innovation ecosystems
