Responsibilities

- Advise senior leadership on future risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to foster a forward-thinking culture across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Social Sciences, or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in innovation strategy, futurism, or a related field with a proven track record.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and their societal implications.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive innovation.
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and forecasting methodologies.
