- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation agenda through horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry keynotes
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global research networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented transformational strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic risk modeling
- Global network connections in tech, academia, and policy spheres
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
