Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives and product innovation teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into R&D and product roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and evaluate frontier technologies
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies using advanced analytics tools
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Palisade DecisionTools)
- Published author or speaker at futurism conferences (e.g., World Future Society)
