As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and venture partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Your work will directly influence our $2B R&D portfolio and position us as the industry's thought leader in next-generation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and startups
- Translate future insights into actionable business strategies with measurable KPIs
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and oversee portfolio of experimental ventures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology development
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Futuristics, Systems Engineering, Innovation Management)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Published author in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
