Responsibilities

- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to disruptive change
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership publications
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
