Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author white papers on the societal impact of 2026 technology paradigms
- Manage a $2M innovation incubator portfolio
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning methodologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of C-level stakeholder influence
- Published research on human-AI coevolution or ethical tech frameworks
- Expertise in Delphi method, STEEP analysis, and scenario planning
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market impact
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
