Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to forecast opportunities and challenges through 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps that align with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and launching cutting-edge solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) across product lines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts and translating insights into action
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation projects with measurable impact
