- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
- Monitor regulatory shifts impacting future-proof business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 90%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, nanotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP) preferred
- Experience launching at least two breakthrough innovations
