Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and data-driven reports
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor horizon scanning technologies and publish quarterly trend briefings
- Champion organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning techniques
- Strong background in at least one emerging technology domain (AI, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in strategic management, technology, or social sciences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past innovation initiatives and their impact
