Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026's technological landscape using Python, Go, and Rust
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural network optimization
- Develop predictive models for climate adaptation and resource allocation systems
- Collaborate with MIT's Future Tech Lab on next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES
- Mentor junior engineers in ethical AI development and sustainable coding practices
- Secure patents for novel approaches to decentralized autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum computing applications
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes orchestration
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough projects deployed at global scale
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Security clearance preferred for government partnership projects
